About Dr. Rachel R. Kushner Dermatology

As the founder of Kushner Dermatology 20 years ago, Dr. Rachel Kushner, a Mohs skin cancer surgeon specializing in cosmetics, is known for her warmth and dedication to caring for her patients. She is a board-certified dermatologist who treats all types of skin, hair, and nail conditions, disorders, and diseases. Voted the premier dermatologist on Long Island, Dr. Kushner graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Dermatology residency at the Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathy Medicine program at Suncoast Hospital.

Dr. Kushner is a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, where she trained and is a teaching, attending physcian at two Dermatology residency programs, as well as two Physician Assistant programs where she is actively involved in teaching medical students, dermatology residents, and physician assistant students across the country.
